Your piano is a machine with roughly 10,000 moving parts sitting in a Texas climate that swings from humid spring mornings to bone-dry August afternoons. That movement is what puts a piano out of tune, makes keys stick and opens cracks in a soundboard.
We diagnose the cause before we quote the fix. Sometimes that means a full regulation. Often it means a $40 part and twenty minutes. Either way you hear the truth about your instrument, in plain language, with the price agreed up front.

Client reviews
★★★★★"Our 1948 Baldwin had not been touched in fifteen years. He walked us through the pitch raise, came back for the second tuning, and it sounds better than my childhood memory of it."
— Marissa L., Grand Prairie
★★★★★"Three sticking keys before a recital. Fixed in one visit, on a Saturday, for less than I expected. He explained exactly what the humidity was doing to the action."
— Daniel R., Arlington
★★★★★"We use Ivannique Co. for all six pianos at our church. Punctual, tidy, and the tunings hold through the season."
— Pastor K. Whitfield, Irving
A standard tuning for a piano that has been maintained within the last year or two starts at a flat rate. Pianos that have drifted well below pitch need a pitch raise first, which adds time. We quote the full price before any work begins — never after.
Yes. The large majority of repairs — sticking keys, broken strings, pedal rods, loose hammers, regulation adjustments — are completed in your living room. Only rebuilding, refinishing and soundboard work require a trip to our Grand Prairie shop.
Most Grand Prairie, Arlington and Irving appointments are booked within three to five business days. If your piano is needed for a recital, service or event, call us and we will work you in sooner when possible.
We service acoustic pianos and hybrid instruments with acoustic actions. For purely digital keyboards we can usually point you to the right repair option.
