Quotes and estimates
Quotes are based on the condition described or observed at the time of inspection. If additional work is discovered, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. No additional charges are applied without your consent.
Scheduling and cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments where no one is present at the property may be subject to a callout charge.
Payment
Payment for tuning and in-home repair is due on completion. Restoration and rebuilding work is invoiced in stages against an agreed written schedule. We accept cash, check and major cards.
Workmanship
Our labour is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service under normal use. Tuning stability is affected by humidity, temperature and use, and is not covered as a workmanship defect where environmental conditions are the cause.
Parts
Replacement parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where one is offered. Salvaged or original parts reused at the client's request are not warranted.
Liability
We carry appropriate insurance and take care in your home. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, damage arising from prior work performed by others, or deterioration caused by environmental conditions outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
